FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL. "VTOTICE is hereby given that it is J3i the intention of the Feilding Borough Council to light by Electricity that portion of Feilding defined in the schedule below, and for that purpose to purchase Site, erect Buildings, and provide all Machinery, Plant, and other things necessary for installing the light :—- --(1).
