The match which was to have been played at Feilding on Saturday between the Feilding IT and Palmerston II did not come off, owing to the latter team not having put in an appearance, much to the annoyance of the Feilding players. On Wednesday last Ashurst defeated Pobangina by 3 points to nil. The following team will represent the Red Stars, at Awahuri on Wednesday afternoon, against Kotinga : — Full-back, W. Emergencies, Foster (back), Kitney and Cameron (forwards). The team are requested to meet at Glasgow House to-morrow (Tuesday) evening at 7.30 as important business is to be dealt with. The following team has been chosen to represent the Kotinga Football Club in their Junior Cup match against the Feilding Red Stars on Wednesday afternoon, in Mr O'Riely's paddock, at Awahuri : — Full-back, R. Wereta ; threequarters, P. Kereama, K. Reno, H. Hika ; five-eight, Tiwha ; half, W. Wereta ; forwards, K. Renas, T. Eohai, K. Hamiora, Ng. Wereta. P. Ngaoka, T. Rotini, J. Reathedson, T. Teilti.
