The Control of Norfolk Island.
(Per Press Association.) London, April 29. Bishop Selwyn, addressing the Colonial Party formed among members of the House of Commons, said to transfer the administration of Norfolk Island trom the Imperial Government to the New South Wales Government would be to violate the privileges of 40 years. Bishop Carrington spoke to a similar effect. Mr W. P. Keeves urged New Zealand's claim for the control of the Island.
