South Australian Elections.
1 THE WOMEN'S VOTE. A [Per Press Association^ : " Adelaide, April 26. Great interest is being taken in the elections owing to the women's vote, and Silling is very heavy, excepting in West delaide, where Kingston (Premier) and Batchelor (Labour representative), and at East Adelaide, where Schecbe ierialist, and Chairman of the Labour Party were elected.) , ; None of the returns are complete, being subject to alteration. The final returns of the position of parties is— Government 18, Opposition 16, and Labour 14. The northern' territory elections take place next Saturday. ' -c^L ■:■■"'■ :-: : .'-:-y : This Day. The Government profess to be well satisfied with the result of the elections, and with the support of the Labour Party they Claim they will have an absolute majority in tlie House. The j women polled heavily in the educational referendum, but the result is unknown.
