(Per Press Association.) Vienna, April 15. The Emperor of Austria reviewed twenty thousand troops at Vienna. The Kaiser took part in the fuction and appeared at the head of his own .regiment. King Francis invited Prince Hohenlohe with the order of tbe Golden Fleece. The Kaiser and Count Qolnehowski, Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, afterwards had a long private audience, at the end of which the latter was presented with tho German order of the Black Eagle. At a banquet given in his honor the Kaiser said he remained faithful to the traditions of love for the Austrian army.
