THE MUSWELL LODGE MURDER. ARREST OF THREE MEN ON SUSPICION. THE TRIPLE ALLI\NCE. (Per Press Association). London, March 13. Three conjurers have been arrested at Batb on suspicion of being concerned in the Muswell Lodge murder. Their arrest was only effected after a fierce resistance. Two convicts are also to be charged with complicity in the crime. The Ninth Lancers proceed to the Soudan. Cairo, Anril 13. Natives, representing 11,000,000 sterling of funds, justify the use of the Baissc de La Dette funds for tbe Soudan expedition, and contend that the French opposition is useless Berlin, April 14. The Cologne Gazette states that Emperor William and King Humbert settled the basis of renewal of the Triple Alliance, and it is reported a new agreement remains in force nntil 1902.
