The Namos Fatality.

(Per Press Association) Sydney, April 10. At the enquiry into the Nanios fatality the verdict of the jury was accidental death, and a rider was added censuring the owners of the steamer for the great lack of discipline shown by their servants on the occasion of the accident, and recommended that in future when the order was given to stand by the boats the men should not leave their posts till the boat reaches the water. The j ury was also of opinion that Brigbtmore, a passenger who gratuitously assisted in lowering the boat, while not criminally liable, was deserving cf censure as he had no right to interfere with the duties of the ship's crew.
