Two Sections, 885 and 661 acres. These sections are situated on the western bank of the Waitotara river, about 20 miles north-westerly from the Waitotara Township. THE KAITIEKI BLOCK. 46,550 acres unfeurveyed land, ranging in price from 15s to • 25s per acre. This land is a portion of the Waitnarino Block, known as the Retaruke Block, situated near the Auckland District boundary line, and can be visited by a new road line now being opened, leaving the WaimarinoTanmaranui road threemiles from the Wniaiarino plains. It is good pastoral country, partly open fern and scrub, and partly densely wooded.
