(Per Press Association) Napier, April 8. The Licensing Committee rntt to day in accordance with a mandamus from the Supreme Court directing the re- hearing Of the application for the removal of the license of the Green Meadows Hotel, Taradale, to the Marine Parade, Napier, which has already been refused on a technical point. Great interest was taken in the case, several petitions being presented Bgiinst the removal, while the police objected that further hotel accommodation was not required in Kapier. By the casting yote of ihe Chairman the application was refused.
