[Per Press Association.] Melbourne, This Day. The Government bas considered the report of '.he Lormer Board, and decided to remove Rappiport, Baxter, and Bird from the Commission of the Peace, and also to ask the Crown Prosecutor whether the evidence would justify a crim.nal prosecution.
