I Per Press Association. | Mastekton, March 30. The appeal case Tucker v. Fitzsimons is still proceeding in the District Court. This afternoon there were some rather sensational developments in the case, two witnesses who were concerned in certain libel proceedings admitting that they had paid money to procure convictions against hotelkeepers.
