Limited Liability Companies
(irer f ress Association.; London. March 20. In the House of Lords the Companies Bill to prevent a company starting business until three quarters of the allotted shares had been subscribed in cash, has been read a second time. The Earl of Dudley stated the operations of the bill would be confined to limited liability companies. At present only \- of the companies that were registered became permanent.
