The Venezuelan Question.
(Per Press Association) Washington, March 19. The New York Herald says the American Commission considers the British claim to Venezuelan territory untenable, and considers the case as set forth in the Blue book to be weak. London, March 19. Sir J. Panncefort and the Venezuelan Minister have agreed to consider the alleged outrage at Yuruan outside the question of boundary.
