The N.Z.L. and M.A. Company report under date of London 6th March, 1896, as follows ; — Tallow— Fine mutton tallow is ne r glected. The market is easier for other kinds. Frozen meats — Mutton market weak. Canterbury mutton is worth 3j}d per lb. Welhugton mutton is worth 3 J-d per lb. Sheepskins— There is a rather better demand. Combing Merino crossbred is \A per lb higher. Clothing market is unchanged.
