Rosa, rider of (llcnelg, it was decided to cancel inn jockey's license and allow him to retain hia trainer's license. The opinion is generally hold that the Committee! have acted unjustly in the raso of Raugipai Nominations for the Sandou Handicap, Klying Stakes Handicap, Handicap Hurdles, Electric Handicap, and Tramway Handicap close with tho secretary at t.'ir Junction Hotel, Saudon, tonight at .) o'clock. Gipsy Grand and Belle Clair were taken through to Hawke's Bay yesterday.
