It was resolved that Hastings be separated from Napier; that the circuit . proposals of the Federal Council, res- ' pectins Woodville, Waipawa and Pahiataa be agreed to; that Norsewood be a home mission station ; that two circuits be formed in Paimerston North ; that a central mission be established in Wellington, and a minister be appointed to superintend the same ; that three ministers and two probationers be appointed to Christchnrch Durham street circuit with a grant from that circuit of JE2O for one year to the St Albans circuit. The boundaries proposed by the Federal Council for Durham street were adopted, one of the probationers to be appointed to St Asaph street, which will be conducted on mission lines.
