(Continued). Application from J. M. Turner, Ashurst, to take a partner for section 21, Block IV, Umutoi, was referred to the ranger. The Board decided to adhere to its previous decision to refuse a transfer to J. Harris, of section 22, Block XVI, Marton Association. Reserve section 1326, Bunnythorpe, to be leased to H.Derby for 10s per year. It was decided that the rent for the Marton No. 4 Association should date from Ist January, 1896. The ranger was instructed to report on W. Bell's application to lease reserve sections 6 and 9, Apiti. Mr A. Mcßeth wrote complaining of inability to get the owner of section 15, Block X, Ayiti, to fence, and it was decided to notify Mr Cooksley of the necessity for complying with the conditions of his lease. ____
