The Bean Case.
(Per Press Association.) Sydney, Feb 28. There is a flaw in Dean's statement of the case for appeal as it is not clear whether the confession applied to the capital charge or the minor one of perjury and the matter has been remitted to the judge for amendment. Want's plea in the action brought asainst him by Crick was filed today. He claims immunity on the ground of parliamentary privilege.
