Shooting Competition.

A rifle competition was held at Feild- I ing yesterday afternoon between teams j representing the Manchester Rifles and ! the Marton Rifle Club, resulting in a win for the former b3 r 20 points. The visitors came down with two substitutes and one ! man. short, and the average of tbe team ! was taken in the latter case. The Manchester Rifles, also, had one substitute. The visitors were very pleased with the treatment they had received at the hands of the home team. Following are the scores : -
