The Cuban Revolt.
(Per Press Association.) Havanna, February 3. Maceo Gomez was entrapped by Camella's army, and nothing but tho timely arrival of reinforcements prevented a general massacre, Madeid, Feb. 4. Marshall Campos states that Cuba is unable to meet the expenses of the Government, which amount to three million pestos yearly, the resources of the island being exhausted.
