The winner of any flat race or races after declaration of we ghts of the collective value of over 40 soys to carry 51b extra; of over 90 soys 71bs extra, and of over 140 soys lOlbs extra. To start at 12 noon. 2. First Handicap Hurdles, of 60 soys ; second horse to receive 10 soys from the stakes. Nomination, 1 soy ; acceptance, 1 soy. Two miles, over eight flights of hurdles 3ft 6in hiijh. The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry 7lbs extra. To start at 12.45 p.m. 3. First Handicap Hack Hurdles, of 40 soys; second horse to receive 10 soys from the stakes. Nomination, 10s ; acceptance, 1 soy. One and £ miles. For horses that have never won a hurdle race of over 40 soys, hack and hunter races excepted. The winner of any hack hurdle lace after the declaration of weights to carry 7ibs extra. To start at 1.30 p.m. 4. Manawatu Racikg Club Handicap, of 200 soys ; second horse to receive 20 soys, and the third horse 10 soys from the stakes. Nomination, 1 soy ; acceptance, 3 soys. One and a half miles. Peaalties the same as for the Piy tag Handicap. To start at 230 p.m. 5. First Hack Flac Handicap, of 35 soys; s'ecoad horse to receive 5 soys from the stakes. iS omination, 10a ; accepts ance, 1 soy. About one and a quarrer miles. For horses that have never won a flat race of over 40 soys, hack and hunter races excepted. The winner of any hack flat race after ihe declaration of weights to carry 7lbs extra. Nomination, 10s ; accept ance, 10s. Onca round. Nominations close immediutely after Autumn H andicap; acceptances close 15 minutes after weights appear on the board.
