The Transvaal Trouble.
(Per Press Association.) London, Feb. 4. The Pall Mall Gazette states that the Boers are still closely investing the Rand, and preventing the influx of labor. German policemen molest the Uitlanders, and reprisals are feared. The Germans of the Orange Free State in an address to the Kaiser, describe him as the Prince of Pence. Capktown, February 4. The German police in Johannesberg are creating a friction with the British. Ten residents have been assaulted, and are unable to obtain redress.
