Tbe report of Nelson Bros, shows tbat tbe losses on meat purchases were £'102,000, and a large proportion of tbe reserves aud goodwills, amounting to £50,000, are absorbed. Nelidoff, a Russian Ambassador in disguise, pays frequent visits to the palace and alleges that numerous telegrams are passing between bim and tbe Russian Government.
