The following nominations have been received : — Hawke's Bay Cup. of 400 soys ; 1£ miles— Rip Van Winkle, Brooklet, The Possible, Searchlight, Bessie McCarthy, Tireuse, Queensborougb, Pompom, St. Hippo, Man-o'-War, Three Star, Black and Red, Fabulist, North Atlantic, Spindrift, Mahaki, Leontine, The Brook, Gipsy Grand, Barmby, Flying Shot, Prime Warden, Lady Zetland, Saracen, Dreamland. Railway Stakes, of 100 soys; 6 furlongs—Moira, Pop.un, Torpina, Brooklet, The Brook, Orion's Belt, Searchlight, Bonnie Scotland, Bessie McCarthy, Pompom, Stepfeldt, Acone, Black and Red, Doris, Solitaire, Daring, King's Bowman, The Workman, Gipsy Grand, Bisley, St. Kegel, Flying Shot. Brooklet and The Brook have been nominated both by Mr W. Douglas and Mr T. Qumlivan, senr. '
