The Venezulan Dispute
(Per Press Association.) Washington, Jan. 22. Cleveland strongly desires an early and complete settlement of the Venelan dispute on terms that will not involve the discredit of either the British or the United States Governments, and without waiting for the report of the commission which was recently set up.
