Auckland, Dec 26. The Auckland Racing Club's Summer Meeting was held at Ellerslie to-day. Results : — Great Northern Foal Stakes— St Paul 1, Armilla 2, Nestor 6. Won by a length and a half. Time, lmin 18sec. Dividends, £5 9s and Ls l7s. Auckland Cup, 2 miles— Anita 1, St Hippo 2, Dreamland 8. In this race The Possible fell and brought down Impulse, Pegasus and Folly. Won by three lengths. Time, 3min 37sec. Dividends, Lls 19s and L.15 17s.
Melbourne, This Day. A private cable from India states Fortunatus finished second to Sprightly in the race for the Viceroy's Cup.
