1% A meeting of those interested in the ' Banciwafiia and Pemberton Sports was held in the^Pemberton Hotel on Friday, Deo. 20, when the following gentlemen 1 *ere elected office-bearers :— President, Mr W. S. Marshall; Vice-Presidents, ' Messrs J. Stent, T. Moffat, G. L. Lay. Judges': Running— T. Pemberton, J. Stent; jumping— D. McGregor, P. Moran; wrestling- A. Dick, T. Woods. Handicappera: Messrs R Craig, S Hunter, I McCollom. Starter: Mr A Dick. Hon Sec and Treasurer : MrWF Stansell Working Committee : Messrs Say•Weil, Carey, Moffatt, Moran Mcllroy. The drawing up of the programme was left in the bands of Messrs Bryce, McGregor and Stansell. It was dscided that a concert and dance be held in Goodwin's Hall, if available, on night of sports. m mmt mi^^
