«, TheNZ.L. and M.A. Company, Ltd. report for the week ending 21st Decetxu ber, 1895, as follows :— Wool — During the week we affected the sale of a few par- , eels privately at satisfactory prices. Merino wool is now in better demand, values since oar sale on 6th inst. having advanced from par to £d per lb. A con--1 siderable quantity of wool is now arriving for our second auction on 17th January, and we promise a large and varied catalogue for buyers on that date. Home advices indicate little ' change since the close of the sixth series. 1 Manufacturers are fully employed, and 1 the outlook for next year's operations are most assuring. First series of 1896 1 sales are fixed to open in London on the 14th January.
