The Dean Conspiracy Case.
FURTHER SENSATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS (Per Press Association.) Sydney, December 19. Crick has issued a writ against Want, Attorney-General, claiming LSOOO damages. The ground of action is to be Want's speech in the Council. Crick says he wants to give him a show of taking a stand in the Supreme Court. Meagher, in a letter to the press .characterises Want's statement that he offered to turn Queen's evidence, as an abominable fabrication and challenged him publicly to corroborate it.
