The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads: — " Every Competitor must weur complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that ie jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunk f. Neglect of this Rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded fr in taking part in the Sports." Any competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name, or practising anj fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event to make a declaration as to his identity and tbe correctness of his des cription of his performances. The Committee may disqualitv and competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to mike the declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first prize; three or no second ; four or no third. Entries will be received and Sports oonducted under the printed Rules of the Feilding Athletic Ciub, obtainable from tbe Secretary, price ls.
