(Per Press Association.) Adelaide, This Da}'. The Federal Enabling Bill passed the Legislative Assembly after being altered so as to correspond* with the N.S.W. Parliament. The Bill passed its final stages amidst great enthusiasm and cheering. Sydney, December 16. The Government statistican has com. pleted the wheat estimates for the present season. Tho reports are anything but satisfactory, and show the severe effects of the drought. The yield is estimated at 4,690,000 bushels, an average of 7f} bushels to the acre.
