Nominations for all Handicaps, inolnding Jumping events, must be sent to tbe Secretary on or before WEDNESDAY, llth DECEMBER, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to for» ward Postal notes and not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of Public performances for the last two years (matches included) with dates and localities of such performances ; the remainder of entrance fee on acceptance, which ein be made on the ground. Other erents post entries. Colors must'be named on nomination. The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must belong to a Clnb affiliated with the N.Z. A. A Association, and mast produce ticket of membership from their Club Secretary. All Amateur events will be run under the "New Zealand Amateur Atnletic. Association Rules." The Bicycle Races will be rnn under the Rules of the JN ew Zealand Cyclists Union. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads : — " Every Competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this Rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded fr"m taking part iv the Sports." Any competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running nnder an assumed name, or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. Tbe Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before gr after any event to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of his des cription of his performances. The Committee may disqualitv and competitor before or after any eventwho shall refuse to m»ke the declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first prize; three or no second ; four or no third. Entries will be received and Sports conducted under the printed Bules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from the Secretary, price ls. Admission to Gates : Adults Is ; Children between 8 and 12 years, half-price ; nnder 8 years free. Full band in attendance and a spacious dancing platform provided ou the Lawn.
