Hokitika, Dec. 2. - Mr Seddon arrived here this afternoon, and was engaged solely on Masonic business, being installed Master of the local Lodge of the New Zealand Constitution, He left by train at 10.30 p m. to catch the Grafton, leaving Grey mouth at midnight for Wellington, his presence being required there owing to the Midland Bailway arbitration., fie will return in about three weeks, and address his constituents.
