Nominations for all Handicaps, including Jumping events, must be sent to the Secretary on or before WEDNESDAY, 11th DECEMBEE, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to for* ward Postal notes and not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of Public performances for the last two years (matches included) with dates and localities of such performances ; the remainder of entrance fee on acceptance, which c«n be made on the round. Other events post entries. Colors must be named on nomination. The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must belong to a Club affiliated with the N.Z.A.A Association, find must produce ticket of membership from tbeir Club Secretary. All Amateur events will be run under the " New Zealand Amateur Atnletic Association Kales." The Bicycle JBaces will be run under the Euleb of the JN ew Zealand Cyclists Union. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads : — " Every Competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this Eule renders the competitor liable to be excluded fr n m taking part in the Sports." Any competitor found gniity of sending in false performances, funning under an sssumed name, or practising an; fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, either .before or after any event to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of his des onption of his performances. The Committee ma 7 disqualify and competitor before or after any eventwho shall refuse to m»ke the declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. There (Oust be two competitors in each event or no first prize; three or no second ; four or no third. Entries will be received and Sports conducted under the printed Eules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is. Admission to Gates : Adulls Is; Children between 8 and 12 years, half-price ; under 8 years free. Full band in attendance and a spacious dancing platform provided on the Lawn.
