Wellington Land Board.
Wellington, Nov. 28. At the Land Board to-day, titles were granted A. Stewart and M. Cox (Onga), and T. Thompson, (Apiti). ! Surrender accepted— F. Maul, K. of L. Association. j Section forfeited— D. Donald, section 1, Block 11. , Palmerston Forest Reserve. It was decided to recommend Government to allow B. M. Weekes to select section 14, Block, VII., Te Kapu. It was resolved that the improvements and leases of Marton No. 3 and Gladstone Associations cjate from nest January It was decided to give W. H. Thomas, A. H. Gascoigne and C Larcen notice of forfeiture of sections at Levin. The sections of F. W. Hammond and J. Harris, Marton No. I Association, were forfeited for non payment otrent. The Board again refused to transfer W. J. O'Donnell's section in Palmerston Forest Reserve Association. The Board refused to rescind the forfeiture of section 77, Mangatainoko, as no new evidence had been sent from the Waste -Lands Committee. The Board adjourned to December 19th. — Standard.
