(Per Press Association.) Nelson, This Day. The Nelson Agricultural and Pastoral Show, held at Richmond Park to-day was a great success. The weather was glorious and 5000 people were present. The Premier opened the Show. In sheep Lincolns, Romneys and Leicester were excellent, and also in cattle Shorthorns, Ayrshires and Hereford. The show of implements was very fine, as also dairy products. The ridiDer, driving, and hurdle jumping contests, especially those in which ladies took part, excited great interest, and generally the show was voted an immense success.
