The Turkish Crisis.

(Per PressjAssociation.) Constantinople. Nov. 27. The Armenians claim that they have lost ten million Turkish pounds in the raid on Anatolia. Six judiciary inspectors conduct the reforms in the Asiatic provinces, and three in the European provinces. The Russian Black Sea fleet is in a state of great activity, and is loading stores and munitions of war. The Sultan's Cabinet urged him to sanction additional guardships being sent to the Bosphorus by the Powers, but he declined.
