(Per Press Association.) Sydney, November 18. Nine thousand tons of Californian wheat are afloat for Australian ports. Melbourne, November 18. Wheat and flour shows a distinct downward tendency owing to 'Frisco shipments. London, November 16. The English wheat market is steady, the Continental dull, and the American declining. The spot quotation of No. 2 red winter American wheat is 68 cents. Brisbane, This Day. It is now anticipated the wheat crop will be almost a total failure, and arrangements aro being made for largo importations from California.
