(Per Press Association.) London, Nov. 14. Replying to a deputation representing 2,000,000 members of Trade Unions, Sir V. Ridley, Secretary of State for the Home Department, promised to introduce an Employers' Liability Bill with permission to contract outside ; also to encourage mutual insurance and to protect dangerous trades. It was, he said, intended to amend the Truck Act.
