At a meeting of New Zealand and Australian Land Association the chairman said the revenue derived from sheep had decreased by £18,201, and there had been a loss in the dairy factory of £2247. The profit from growing grain amounted to £-11,133. The debenture debt, he aaid was £1,104,580. The estates in New Zealand belonging ,to the'coinpanv were improving in value, and the prices obtained recently for stock gave hope of a prosperous year.
