The Bishop and the Curate.
(Per Press Association.) Hobart, This Day The Rev. Topham sued the Bishop of Tasmania to recover £5000 damages for alleged misconduct of the plaintiff, who contended the Bishop had only power to suspend him and not take away his license. The jury returned a verdict for the Bishop.
