| Per Press Association I London, November 8. The prospectus of the Peveril Goldmining Company, Hanraki district, with a capital of £70,000 is being issued, 20,000 shares being offered to the public. Reefton, November 7. A dividend of sixpence per share has been declared by each of the following companies this week: — Buller Dredge, Wealth of Nations, and Progress.
