General Booth's Oversea Colony.
(Per PreHS Association.) Btdnst, JSpTember2. General Booth is on a visit to New South Wales. Speaking of New Zealand he says though people there are no more friendly towards his oversea colony scheme than they were four years ago, they are very friendly with regard to the proposal to deal with their submerged section. He does not look at New Zea« land specially as a site foe his oversea colony. He does not intend to bring im* migrants to any of the colonies until they seek to have them. He has come to no definite decuion yet with regard to his oversea scheme, but the choice of a locality lies between Oanada, South Africa, and another country which he prefers not to name at present.
