Speech by Lord Salisbury.
(Per Press Association.) London, October 31. Lord Salisbury, in the course of a speech claimed that the last election would prove the turning point in the political history of Europe. The depression in the farming industry demanded first attention. The Government propose to increase the means of transit for produce, and relieve the land from the burdens under which owners suffered most.
