The adjourned annual meeting of shareholders of the M.F.C.A. was held yesterday afternoon for the purpose of electing directors. Mr Cohen occupied the chair. Mr L. Wallis, a retiring dir. ector of the M.F.C.A., was re-elected, and Messrs J. Martin, A. O'Brien, and G. S. Bridge, old directors of- the Farmers' Alliance, was elected to the new directorate. The other members of the directorate are Messrs J. D. K. Hewitt, D. J. Nathan, W. S. Gardner, R F. P. Snow, and L. J. Nathan.— Standard.
