Poverty Bay A. and P. Show.

| Per Press Association.] Gisborne, October 25. At the Poverty Bay A. and P. Show held to-day Crackshot secured the prize for thoroughbreds. Mr Chas. Grey secured the shorthorn championship with a bull bred by Archdeacon Williams. Sheep were in larger numbers than at any previous show, and of superior quality. Mr A. McKenzie took the prize for champion Lincoln with a ram bred by Mr Sutton. Mr D. Kirpatrick has the champion ewe, bred by exhibitor. Bomneys and Leicester were few in number but good. Mr McKenzie had the Romney ram (bred by Mr Matthews, Wairarapa) and Mr Macfarlane's Leicester (bred by Mr Threlkeld, Canterbury) took first prize in their classes.
