I Per Press Association | Dunedin, October 22. Arthur Frederick New wa3 captured on board the Mararoa when the vessel was on the point of sailing He has been remanded to Stratfotd on a charge of embezzlement. When sighted by the detective he affected virtuous indignation and hurried to claim acquaintance with a bystanding clergyman, but being pressed closely, he owned his indentity.
