Russian Designs on Corea.

It is eemi-ofncially stated Russia has undertaken action regarding the government of Corea, as the conditions imposed by Japan which Russia regardß as illegal, are not recognised by the latter. Prince Labanoff declared they would not permit the presence of the Japanese in the country, as they would be a perpetaal 'menace to Russia. The Russian expedition to China is nominally of a scientific character, but is to be political. It starts in November.
