The Stock Market.

O Messrs Gorton and Son report :—' Our stock sales during the last ten days have been held at Bulls, Mr Jas. McKelvie's, Hunterville, and Campbelltown. At Bulls full entries came forward of both cattle and sheep, and both classes sold well, the bidding for hoggets being spirited, the highest price being 103 3d. Mr McKenzie's sale was a. great success. A big line of bullocks commanded keen competition, and those and all the other cattle were sold under the hammer. The rams and pigs were then all sold, and the horses followed, of which we sold 27 under the hammer. At Hunterville we were disappointed of the big line of wethers which the vendor was prevented from bringing forward. We sold all the sheep yarded and a few head of cattle. At Campbelltown we had full entries of cattle, small of sheep. The reserves were, in most cases, much too high, and consequently we turned a good many out unsold.
