Baillie, Whitmore,Barnicoat,Kerr, Kelly, Rigg, Jennings, Jenkinson, Taiaroa, Folkwick, MacGregor, McCullough, Mont, gomery, Buckley. Noes: Hons. Reynolds, Richardson, Bonar, Swanson, Pharazyn, Williams, Morris, Acland. Stevens, Orinond, McLean, Johnston, Grace, Holmes, Peacock. The Council insisted on its amendments in the Alcoholic Liquors Bill. The Bank agreement as to purchase of the Colonial Bank by the Bank of New Zealand was laid on the table by Hon. ; Sir P. Buckley, Hons. Kelly, Stevens, Pbartvzjn, and j Ormond were appointed managers at a conference with the House to discuss the Council's amendments to the Alcoholic Liquors Bill. I
